COVID-19 Measures

  • Mask-Wearing

    All staff are required to wear masks on premises at all times, and patients are expected to wear masks at all times unless seated for treatment in an operatory room. Masks are provided at the front desk for patients if needed.

  • Temperature Checks + Contract Tracing

    Staff and patients’ temperatures are taken on a daily basis to screen patients and record potential transmission of COVID-19 in the clinic.

  • Increased Sanitation of Surfaces

    All surfaces are throughly sanitized after every patient interaction. In addition, surfaces and rooms are deeply cleansed at the beginning of end of each working day.

  • Hypochlorous Acid Air Disinfectant

    HOCL acid is a disinfectant that has both antibacterial and antiviral capabilities. Our clinic produces HOCL on-site using non-iodinated salt, water, and electrolysis. The mechanism of disinfection involves the destroying of the cell wall of microbes or viruses, allowing the disinfectant to destroy or inactivate them.   • COVID-19 Questionnaire

    All new patients, along with existing patients on a 6-month basis, must complete a COVID-19 screening to confirm whether they are experiencing symptoms, have existing medical conditions, have travelled out-of-country in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.
